These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 68ph ("68ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 68ph website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 68ph Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 68ph Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 68ph Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on the 68ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. 68ph does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 68ph, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written approval has been obtained from 68ph management.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 68ph or by any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

68ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 68ph may result in account suspension or closure.

To access real-money gaming features on the 68ph Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all 68ph accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 68ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 68ph uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player may be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 68ph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 68ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 68ph support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

68ph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before processing deposits above specified thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license) and proof of address. 68ph may also request additional documentation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

All financial transactions on the 68ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). 68ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and QR Ph.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 68ph account balance upon confirmation of receipt by 68ph's payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 68ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 68ph aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

68ph is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. 68ph reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Players must not use the 68ph Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment gaming.

All bets placed on the 68ph Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 68ph does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, 68ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• 68ph reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, including where 68ph suspects abuse of the Platform or exploitation of pricing errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by 68ph's gaming systems shall be the definitive reference, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
• Winnings are credited to your 68ph account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game or event.

For live casino games, the rules of the specific game variant (e.g., baccarat, roulette, blackjack) as presented by the live dealer studio apply. For sports betting, the rules of the specific market and event type apply as displayed in the betting interface at the time the bet is placed.

68ph offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 68ph reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: 68ph reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Withdrawal Order: Real-money funds are used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.

68ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

68ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 68ph account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be notified when your limit is approaching.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming by temporarily suspending your account for a period of your choosing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 68ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 68ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the 68ph Platform, including but not limited to the 68ph name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of 68ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 68ph.
• Use the 68ph name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of 68ph's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address provided in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 68ph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 68ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

68ph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 68ph's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 68ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

68ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in 68ph's dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable regulatory holds.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 68ph customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 68ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 68ph reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

68ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 68ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 68ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
